About the calculator
Until now, finding out what a company in Dubai would cost meant a call, a few emails and a wait for someone to prepare a quote. The EWBS business setup calculator removes that wait. It reads the current licence packages of every free zone we work with - the same rate cards our consultants use - and turns your choice of zone, business activities and visa package into a complete proposal while you are still on the page. There are no indicative ranges and no "starting from" prices: you see the exact package total, and every feature that total includes is listed under it.
The proposal itself is the document EWBS has been issuing to clients for years, not a summary. It opens in your browser with download and print, arrives in your inbox as a PDF, and is fixed the moment it is issued - later changes to any free zone's pricing never alter a proposal you already hold. Visitors from India, Pakistan and Germany see their figures in INR, PKR or EUR alongside the AED amount, at the rate printed on the document. A consultant receives the same proposal you do and follows up to take you through registration when you are ready.

The package price comes directly from the free zone's current rate card, so it is the real price for that licence and visa allocation on the day you run the calculator. Government fees can change over time, which is why the proposal records the date it was issued.
Dubai Mainland and the free zones we actively set companies up in, including IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, SHAMS, SPC, SRTIP, Innovation City and Ajman. The list on the calculator is kept current by our team, so if a zone appears there, we can register your company in it.
Every UAE licence is issued for specific business activities, and the free zone needs to see them before it can approve a company. Choosing them here means the proposal you receive already reflects what your company will actually be licensed to do. You can pick up to ten.
Prices are set in UAE dirhams. If you are in India, Pakistan or Germany your proposal is also shown in INR, PKR or EUR at the exchange rate on the day it is prepared, and the rate used is printed on the document. Everyone else receives the proposal in AED.

No. Each proposal is a fixed record of the zone, activities, package and prices you chose at the moment it was issued. If our rates are updated later, proposals that have already been sent keep their original figures. You can always run the calculator again for a fresh quote.
